Arranging face-to-face appointments with new prospects and existing customers.

Having face-to-face meetings with new prospects and existing customers.

There is an old phrase that says ‘Success in selling is directly proportional to a salespersons ability to make quality appointments!’ When a salesperson makes an appointment to meet with a new prospect or an existing customer then there is an opportunity to complete new business with a prospect or carry out an upsell with an existing customer! 

For example –  When a Salesperson makes 4 appointments (by phone or drop-ins) on a day they achieve 2 points per appointment and subsequently they have achieved their 8 points for the day!! More importantly, the 4 appointments are filling their diary with quality appointments

Also when a face-to-face meeting is completed a further 1 point per meeting is achieved and when a Salesperson has 4 meetings in a day a further 4 points are scored. All of these points are kept in the Sales Active8© Weekly Sales Planner and provides proper activity analysis for you the Sales Manager.

Here is how points are scored using the Sales Active8© System

2 points are scored for every appointment secured.

1 point is scored for every face-to-face meeting completed.

1 point for Referrals(s) gathered* 

1 point for Brochure Call(s)

1 point for Stay in Touch call(s)*

1 point for Follow Up call(s)*

*Referrals gathered, Brochure call(s), Stay in Touch call(s) and Follow Up call(s) can only score 1 point per day.
